What if the greatest X-Men movie ever met the greatest X-Men trailer of all time? One fan answered that question by delivering a trailer for 2003’s X2: X-Men United in the style of next year’s Logan.Sam Ibrahim, a freelance video editor, put it all together, complete with Johnny Cash’s cover of “Hurt.” The results are pretty great — and even add an extra layer of sorrow to Logan by reminding us what Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) and Prof. X (Patrick Stewart) have lost.

“This is Hugh Jackman’s last appearance as Logan, so it felt like a fitting tribute,” Ibrahim explained on YouTube.
